Welcome to Firecracker, where our passion for design meets our love for food. We choose to use the term "feeding" instead of "catering," as it reflects our commitment to generosity, creativity, and the nurturing spirit we bring to every event.

At Firecracker, we prioritise quality by using primarily organic produce and partnering with premium local suppliers. Our approach is rooted in simplicity; we let the natural flavors of our ingredients shine through in every dish we serve.

As Laurie Colwin wisely said, “The table is a meeting place, a gathering ground, the source of sustenance and nourishment, festivity, safety, and satisfaction. A person cooking is a person giving: Even the simplest food is a gift.” This philosophy guides us in crafting memorable experiences that go beyond just food.

Since 2012, we have been merging culinary excellence with thoughtful design and attentive service, creating unforgettable moments for you and your guests. Our approach is inspired by Enlightened Hospitality—a concept introduced by New York restaurateur Danny Meyer—which emphasizes making every guest feel safe, welcomed, and valued. We believe in fostering relationships that are built on trust and care.

Led by our creative director, Cassie, a trained landscape architect, we excel at transforming spaces and understanding how people interact within them. Our team is dedicated to crafting unique experiences and collaborating with fellow creatives to pay attention to the little details that make a big impact.
